As our valued client, we wanted to update you on the developments at our company in the light of the Covid-19 outbreak and extend our support in these difficult times.
We hope your staff, families and company are being able to navigate these challenging times and adjust to the new environment we find ourselves in. Acuity Knowledge Partners is here to assist your business as we work through these new developments.
Like most firms, Acuity has had to adapt fast to these changes. Over the last month, we have been working with our customers on new work-from-home protocols and information security procedures. For some months now, we have had to maintain our operations in China in line with government guidelines and in partnership with our customers, and this experience has served us in preparing for other locations as they move to working remotely in a secure and responsive manner.
Information security and confidentiality are at the core of our mutual businesses. We take this move to working remotely very seriously. As a result, we have provided all of our employees with updated Compliance and Information Security Policies to ensure the same high standards of confidentiality and security are upheld in this new paradigm. We have also adopted specific new practices on a client-by-client basis where appropriate, to comply with additional measures some customers have requested.
Here is an update on our Global Delivery Centre network:
- India: Our centres in Bangalore and Gurugram are moving to work-from-home from this week due to government-imposed restrictions. For the past week, we have been preparing our teams and have sought client approval for new and secure remote working practices. For those still in the process of setting this up, we will be in touch to further discuss how to maintain our mutual operations. Some disruption to our services is possible as we move so many employees to a new set-up. We will work with each client to best manage their team’s move to working remotely.
- Sri Lanka & Costa Rica: We are complying with the government office closure directives at both locations. Our staff have largely moved to a work-from-home basis and we are continuing to deliver our services.
- China: We have been providing services to our clients since January, keeping in mind government regulations and client requirements.
Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact your Relationship Manager or Delivery Manager, or contact us via contact@acuitykp.com.
We do ask for your understanding as we adapt to these unsettling times; unfortunately, it is not business as usual.
Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our employees are safe and well, and that Acuity continues to provide reliable and secure services through the coming months.
Stay safe.
