Tim Swales

Tim joined Equistone in 2005 from KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently focused on private equity transactions. He heads the Business Services sector in the UK.

He has worked on deals in a variety of sectors and has broad experience of the investment, portfolio management and exit processes. He currently sits on the boards of Acuity Knowledge Partners and adm. He has also worked on and been responsible for many other transactions, including Audley Travel, Easynet, FirstPort, MRH (GB), Hydrasun and OneOcean. Tim graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in Classics.
