Acuity Knowledge Partners Centre of Learning offers a four-month full-time program with an integrated internship. This program offers a perfect blend of theory and practical approach, which is highly relevant within the ever-competitive financial industry..
The program includes 12 weeks of classroom training followed by 8 weeks of internship. It focuses on imparting expertise and knowledge in the field of Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity and Credit Research, keeping in view the skill-sets that the industry expects and demands.
The program, developed keeping in mind the evolving financial industry requiring individuals to be “job ready” and ensuring productivity from the day they join the organization.

- Build Pitch books
- Describe Buy Side vs. Sell Side of Investment Banking
- Describe the different research techniques involved in Investment Banking
- Explain the purpose for conducting Fundamental Analysis and analyze the different approaches in detail
- Perform the Industry Analysis with the help of various tools such as SWOT Analysis, Life Cycle model, and Michael Porter’s Five Forces model
- Calculate the various Equity Value Multiples
- Perform Valuations using Sum of Parts, DCF and Relative Valuation Techniques
- Understand and conduct the Annual Report Analysis
- Explain how the valuation of bonds are done
- Provide an overview on risks involved in bond investment
- Understand and explain the interest rate sensitivity of a bond
- Describe the yield curves
- Understand and perform securitization
- Understand and interpret the Financial Statements
- Evaluate the financial position from credit perspective
