About Navneet
Navneet has been with Acuity Knowledge Partners for over 2 years and is currently a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking vertical. He is based out of our Gurgaon office and is responsible for managing client engagements, project deliveries & quality checks for the commercial real estate sector.
During his tenure, he has supported on-shore real estate teams in the execution of live deals, thought leadership, and origination work. This includes ARGUS models, pitchbooks & IMs, industry research & analysis, investment/disposition research, real estate valuation report, real estate market analysis, benchmarking, financial models, lease abstraction, CoStar/RCA research, real estate Adhoc requirements, among others. His current role involves leading niche real estate product types with insights and analytics, empowering clients to unlock the full potential of their real estate requirements
Navneet holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Real Estate & Urban infrastructure and has completed his Bachelors in Information Technology from Himachal Pradesh University.
