About Ridhima
Ridhima has been working with Acuity Knowledge Partners’ PE/VC practice team for over 13 years now. She has been instrumental in setting up and growing the PE/ VC practice at Acuity. She holds extensive experience managing projects across the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and diligence to portfolio monitoring and advisory. Other than being a thought leader for the practice, her responsibilities include setting up client engagement teams and providing oversight and custom frameworks on projects involving commercial due diligence, portfolio company analysis and business strategy formulation, analyzing targets at different degree of depth, management evaluation, valuation analysis.
Apart from managing execution teams, her responsibilities include client engagement scoping, monitoring and escalation management, resource mentoring and planning, quality assurance, trouble shooting and business development. She has supported clients across multiple industries including Financial Services, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Business Services, Real Estate and especially Technology sectors (including Fintech, Healthtech, Cybersecurity, E- Commerce, Payments, SaaS etc.)
