Moody’s CSR department in India, in partnership with Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, launched a program on October 8, 2018, to train the differently abled youth of Mumbai with a variety of job-oriented training courses. Samarthanam’s Livelihood Resource Centre (LRC) shall serve as a training hub to enhance livelihood capacities of the youth.
They will also receive critical skill development training from a team of experts, and efforts will be made to ensure job placement for each trainee. Avadhesh Dixit, Sachin Sharma, and Ana Viegas inaugurated the Livelihood Resource Centre and motivated the trainees to work towards a better future for themselves and their communities.
