Acuity Knowledge Partners features as a Silver Employer in IWEI 2022

BANGALORE, India, 18 January 2023 – Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence to the financial services sector, announced that it has been recognised in the Silver Employer award category as a Top Employer for LGBT+ inclusion by the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2022.

The Silver awards recognise those employers that have made significant progress in promoting LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.

The IWEI, featuring 105 organisations this year from 17 sectors, is a comprehensive benchmarking tool for organisations in India to measure their progress on LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace. It empowers organisations to navigate the challenges of LGBT+ inclusion and provides them with a clear roadmap to follow.

The list is compiled from submissions where each entrant demonstrates their organisation’s performance against a set of best-practice criteria. Of the 105 organisations that submitted entries, 83 received awards.
