- Wanted us to reach out to car owners to gain insight on parameters such as the following:
- Brand presence and marketing communication

- Customer satisfaction before and after sales
- Wanted the research results fast, before launching a new product
OUR APPROACH
- Identified key factors impacting consumers’ purchasing decisions
- Helped design the questionnaire based on findings from initial research
- Surveyed car owners to assess awareness and factors affecting purchasing decisions
- The 20-minute online survey was conducted in two phases:
- Phase 1: N = 5,000 car owners per country before launch of client’s brand
- Phase 2: N = 2,000 car owners per country who had purchased the client’s brand, to assess level of satisfaction with the purchase
- The research covered nine leading automobile markets – the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, India, Singapore, China and the UAE
IMPACT DELIVERED
- Completed fieldwork within the stipulated timelines so client obtained research results in time
- Identified key drivers such as price, quality of service, customer support, accessories and fuel efficiency
- Helped client fine-tune sales and marketing strategies for the new product
