CLIENT CHALLENGES
- Independently liaise with c.250 users to obtain data
- Clean and migrate c.1m data points (accounts and contacts) to Salesforce
- Implement workflow processes for different modules (account and contact onboarding, account closure, offboarding, distribution mapping, etc.) in consultation with Salesforce developers
