CLIENT CHALLENGES

  • Independently liaise with c.250 users to obtain data
  • Clean and migrate c.1m data points (accounts and contacts) to Salesforce
  • Implement workflow processes for different modules (account and contact onboarding, account closure, offboarding, distribution mapping, etc.) in consultation with Salesforce developers
  • Automate operational intelligence/reports and visualisation through PowerBI

OUR APPROACH

  • Set up a team consisting of Salesforce developers, business analysts and administrators
  • Liaised with c.250 global users to obtain data to be migrated to Salesforce
  • Cleansed c.1m data points using SQL and Python and bulk uploaded to Salesforce
  • Worked with the core onshore team to finalise data fields, links, integrated modules, validations and business logic to be used for processes
  • Worked closely with the developers to implement the workflow process
  • Documented processes for BCP through SOPs
  • Produced and visualised operational reports (client profitability, KPI, client activity to commission correlation, etc.) using automation tools and PowerBI
