CLIENT CHALLENGES

  • The client is a Technology focused advisory firm that has partnered with Acuity since 2018
  • The primary objective was to set up a team who could support the onshore junior banking team in the preparation of deal materials
  • The client faced the key challenges:
    • Capacity of onshore analysts was tied up in repetitive tasks, with limited bandwidth for more client-facing tasks
    • Regular attrition and high cost associated with junior in-house analysts, hence there was no quick access to a talent pool
    • Need for DTP support to generate ideas for building marketing materials as well as visually appealing presentations
    • Lacked expertise to format and standardize the presentations and documents consistent with the bank and client standards

  • Set up an offshore team with experience in the technology sector and a skill set matching the requirements of the client
  • Real-time presentations and graphics assistance on pitch decks and marketing materials
