- The client was looking for offshore support on index production prior to London open and was keen on extending capabilities in the portfolio and risk-modeling products.
- The client wanted to set up an offshore support team to:
- engage a pool of skilled resources to meet deadlines
- reduce onshore operational costs
- leverage a multi-functional team during different time zones
- free up bandwidth for onshore teams to focus on value-added areas
