About Arijit
Arijit heads the Digital Products business at Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity) and plays a key role in shaping our digital products and solutions strategy, driving our digital solutions business to new heights, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to enhance our offerings.
Before joining Acuity, Arijit was the Director and Head of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence business at Pegasystems (Pega). He led the Pega teams to apply self-learning AI with a no-code approach to transform Pega’s market-leading CRM and Business Process Management products and make them top-ranked with analyst firms like Gartner and Forrester.
As a founding member and Head of Products at MeshLabs, he was the Chief Product Officer for the Data & AI engine/workbench. This was a cloud native engine that used data and AI to analyse large volumes of social data to generate insights on customer behaviour and respond to customer complaints. He sold the business to Pegasystems in 2014.
Before that, Arijit worked as a Data and AI engineer in NetApp and Oracle.
Outside of work, Arijit is an avid reader and enjoys subjects like western philosophy, history, physics and business strategy. He like traveling, especially to the serenity of Indian forest reserves.
Arijit holds a Bachelor’s in Technology Computer Science from PESIT.
