About Shipra
At Acuity, Shipra is responsible for helping grow our book of business in North America across the banking and buy-side segments. Her role involves working with senior executives at major financial institutions and helping them drive efficiency and transformation in their organisations by leveraging Acuity as a strategic partner.
She is also responsible for managing a growing team of sales executives.
During her five years at Acuity, Shipra has seen tremendous growth in the organisation and her career. Acuity has tripled in size since she joined, adding new clients, expanding strategic client partnerships, and launching new solutions.
When she joined Acuity, her primary focus was on taking our lending services to market; the offerings have since expanded to include a whole host of services to the buy side, and she has continued to evolve in her role as team leader and manager of a growing group of sales professional’s instrumental in driving organisational growth.
As a salesperson, Shipra has embraced the opportunity to work with marquee names in financial services and convince them of the benefit of outsourcing front- and middle-office functions to Acuity.
She has been working in the outsourcing sector for the past 14 years, having started her career in the BPO/ITO sector with working at companies such as Genpact and Capgemini. She has worked in the KPO space for the past nine years. Before joining Acuity in 2018, Shipra was at CRISIL GR&A (an S&P company) for four years.
Shipra loves traveling and is a foodie and fitness enthusiast. Most importantly, she is a mom and when not at work, she loves spending quality time with her two-year-old son.
